1. Unless agreed in writing, the relations between Service provider and its customers are governed by the current general terms and conditions of sale, which are deemed to have been accepted by the customer, even if they conflict with its own general or special terms and conditions.

2. The information about the services and the pricing has been drawn up and communicated to customer are subject to change and correction at any time.

3. The service scope depends on the chosen service package by the customer. All services which are not mentioned in the service package will be out scope and incur additional fees. If applicant relocates with family members Service provider & Immigration Office will charge additional fees.

4. Renewal of professional cards, single permits, accommodation for employees, all other extra services are subject for additional fees.

5. Service provider invites its customers to pay by means mentioned on the web-site.

6. Service provider cannot guarantee successful outcome of the customer’s dossier review by the authorities, in case of negative decision Service provider does not refund their fees, as well as the Belgian authorities does not refund statuary fees paid by the customer.

7. If customer decides to stop the collaboration with Service provider when at least one document has been reviewed or 1 month after start date of the collaboration, advance payment for the services will not be refunded.

8. The customer expressly authorizes Service provider to process and use their personal data for purposes such as the administration of the customer base, the management of orders, dossiers and invoices. The data will not be passed to third parties, except the Belgian authorities.

9. Should any of the present terms and conditions be declared void or inapplicable, the remaining terms and conditions shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect and this term shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. All parties accept electronic evidence (for example: e-mail, invoices, etc.) and to perform collaboration solely via the IT platform of Service provider.

11. Disputes regarding the conclusion, validity, interpretation or execution of the contract or of the present general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hasselt.
